Users of our Flash Padlock® 2 USB Flash Drive have encountered a situation where their drive may become unresponsive after several failed attemps at authentication. This is a normal function of our hacking detection and we'd like to explain how that detection works and what the user can expect to see. This information applies to all capacities of Padlock 2 drives.
