Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Corsair Link software. You will also want to make sure that you update your H80i/H100i to the latest available firmware.  Please click the links below to get to the product page for your cooler, and then click on the "Downloads" tab to get a direct link to the latest software and firmware.

Please follow thes steps to update the firmware on your Hydro Series cooler:

1. Install the latest version of the Corsair Link software and use the "update firmware" button on the device tab.

2. Once Corsair Link exits a new dialog box comes up and you have to select "Corsair H80i/H100i" and then click back into the dialog box.

3. Use the choose file dialog box to select the unzipped firmware file.

4. Once you hit start it will flash the firmware and go through POST test on the H100i/H80i unit. The fans will spin up to full speed and then go back to the previous profile that was selected before the flash.

5. You can close the firmware flash dialog box and the program will open up again.

6. The service has to be restarted, so detection of the devices and inputs will take 15 to 30 seconds depending on how many you have. It will all come back up in the main program window as well as the devices window.

The cable leading from the fan should connect to the CPU FAN header on your motherboard. The power cable that leads from the pump should be connected to the POWER FAN or CHASSIS FAN header on the motherboard.

Nota: per quanto riguarda i dissipatori di calore della CPU, i modelli 1155 e 1156 sono considerati identici. Utilizzare le istruzioni del modello 1156 per installare un dissipatore di calore della CPU Hydro Series con una scheda madre con socket 1155.

I manicotti del modello H60 misurano circa 11,5 pollici.

I dissipatori di calore Hydro Series Corsair sono sistemi di raffreddamento delle CPU ad alte prestazioni. Sono dotati di un ciclo di raffreddamento ad acqua indipendente, con pompa e serbatoio integrati, e non richiedono alcuna manutenzione.

The plastic sheet is there as insulation to prevent any metal on metal contact between the backplate of the CPU and your motherboard. You will want to leave the plastic sheet in place.
