There is a guide for using the Vengeance Gaming Software with the M60 and M90 mice. The screenshots in the guide are for the M90, but it applies to the M60, as well.

If you'd like to try a beta release, you may download Beta 2.12 of the Vengeance Gaming Software for the Vengeance K60, M60, and M90.

1. Open the Vengeance Gaming Software and make sure you have selected the Mouse icon at the top right of the software.

2. Press the Macro Record (MR) button at the top of the software to begin recording your macro, while the macro is recording the button will blink.

3. Choose the button you would like to program by clicking on the number of the button on the picture of the mouse in the "Assign Buttons" tab.

4. Every button press will now be recorded until you click the Macro Record (MR) button once more to end recording.

5. Once the Macro is recorded you can edit the macro by right clicking on any of the key presses that you have recorded, and selecting from the available options.

Utilizzare le funzioni di esportazione/importazione dal menu a comparsa, visualizzato selezionando il pulsante destro del mouse, per i tasti G, i pulsanti del mouse [scheda "Button Assign" (Assegna pulsante) o "Key Assign" (Assegna tasto)] o i profili configurati per tastiera o mouse [nella scheda "Manage Profile" (Gestisci profilo)].

 Un profilo è un insieme di dati che memorizzano la configurazione di tastiera e mouse e le assegnazioni di tasti e pulsanti. È possibile salvare un massimo di 50 profili.

Gli interruttori Cherry MX Red sono quelli che garantiscono la maggiore rapidità d'azione della linea di interruttori meccanici Cherry. Alla pressione dei tasti la sensazione è di tipo lineare e senza ostacoli tattili, il punto di attivazione è di soli 2 mm e non vengono emessi scatti fastidiosi. I tasti meccanici Cherry MX Red sono considerati tra i migliori interruttori meccanici del settore dei giochi per PC.

Per estrarre i cappucci dei tasti, utilizzare l'apposito strumento inserito nel supporto del polso del modello K60.

Secondo noi sì. La differenza riguarda la tecnologia dei tasti con interruttori meccanici rispetto a quella dei tasti a membrana. Le prestazioni, le caratteristiche e la resistenza sono simili. Ma è molto difficile, se non impossibile, ricreare la stessa sensazione di sensibilità e agilità dei tasti con interruttori meccanici nelle tastiere a membrana.

Sì sono dotate di funzionalità anti-ghosting al 100%.

Sì. Con le tastiere Vengeance Gaming è possibile premere fino a 20 tasti contemporaneamente, mentre con la maggior parte delle tastiere di gioco USB standard è possibile premere un massimo di 6 tasti.

La registrazione macro immediata consente di registrare una sequenza di tasti e di assegnarla a un tasto macro. E, come dice la parola stessa, questa operazione può essere eseguita con effetto immediato, durante l'azione di gioco.

Per eseguire la registrazione immediata, selezionare il tasto di registrazione dalla tastiera. Quindi, selezionare il tasto G a cui assegnare la registrazione macro. La sequenza digitata viene registrata sulla tastiera. Infine, selezionare nuovamente il tasto di registrazione per arrestare l'operazione. Per registrare una sequenza di tasti dalla tastiera è quindi sufficiente premere due tasti. Non sono necessarie complicate impostazioni software né countdown.

Nei moderni sistemi multi-core ottimizzati per operazioni multi-threading, il sistema PS/2 incide più pesantemente sui tempi di elaborazione, rispetto a un sistema USB. Inoltre, i dispositivi di gioco USB Corsair utilizzano la velocità USB completa, che è superiore a quella di PS/2 nel trasferimento di dati.

Di seguito è riportata una figura con le posizioni dei tasti con interruttori meccanici Cherry Red evidenziate in rosso. L'immagine visualizzata corrisponde al modello K60, ma le stesse posizioni valgono per il modello K90. I tasti macro del modello K90 non utilizzano gli interruttori Cherry Red.

You can find a link to the latest firmware (version 2.11) here.  The zipped file contains both the latest firmware and software versions for the K90.  Double-click the firmware update file and follow the on-screen instructions.  The firmware update may take up to a few minutes, and will display an update successful message upon completion.
