Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online directly from CORSAIR Components, Inc.: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from www.corsair.com can be returned to CORSAIR. CORSAIR products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it. Returned items must be damage free and returned in the original packaging.
CORSAIR Store Gift Cards and CORSAIR gaming chairs are ineligible for return.
How to Return an Item
To return an item to CORSAIR, create a support ticket at: https://support.corsair.com. After you sign in, fill out the requested information and submit. You will immediately receive a ticket number via email. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. A customer service representative will contact you via email with detailed information regarding your return within 2 days.
You will be able to check the status of your return by referencing the ticket by selecting the “Manage Tickets” tab in the support section of our website at: https://support.corsair.com.
Once we receive your item, a refund for the item purchased and shipping cost will be initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If purchased via Paypal, a credit is issued directly to your account and is available within 5 to 10 minutes.
Products purchased from CORSAIR.com using a CORSAIR Store Gift Card will be refunded to you as a CORSAIR Store Gift Card by email.
Items ordered online from CORSAIR that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to CORSAIR by creating a ticket at: https://support.corsair.com. In the US, you may also contact Customer Service at 1-888-222-4346 option 3. Web Store Support is available Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
