APPLICATION GUIDE

Before you start

WARNING: XTM60 can be harmful if consumed. Keep out of reach of pets and children. If accidentally ingested, wash the mouth out with water and contact a physician or your local poison control center immediately.

1. Prepare the Contact Surface

Prepare the contact surface and wipe the surface clean with a lint-free wipe.

Tip: Isopropyl alcohol can aid in the removal of thermal paste. Observe appropriate precautions when using flammable solvents. Solvent-cleaned surfaces should be thoroughly dried before applying XTM60.

2. Apply XTM60

Dispense a small amount of the (A) XTM60 on the middle of the contact surface, then spread evenly using the (B) Applicator Card.

3. Install Cooling Unit

Install your cooling unit onto the contact surface as instructed by the unit manufacturer.
