Wireless Corsair headsets charge via the included micro-USB cable, and normally take an hour or two to charge completely (depending upon the output of the power source). If you're using a USB port on a computer to charge, make sure the port is powered.
While plugged in, a battery status LED will turn on next to the USB port. If the headset power is off, amber indicates charging and green indicates a full charge. If the headset power is on, amber indicates a charge of 1-89%, while green indicates 90-100%.
Not seeing the green LED during charging while powered off? Don't worry, this doesn't indicate a fault with your headset. We opted for a simpler charge detection feature to reduce the cost passed on to our customers, so sometimes the indicator will show an amber "charging" status even when fully charged. If you are finding that the battery isn't lasting as long as expected, please let our support team know.
