Check system volume to fix headset volume issues

If you are experiencing low volume issues with your headset, the problem might not be from the headset. It is possible that the issue is caused by Windows applying varying volumes to your applications.

If your system volume is causing your headset volume issue, you can go into your volume mixer and try adjusting the volume sliders to see if your volume issue is solved.

To check your system volume:

  1. Right-click the Volume button on your system taskbar.
  2. Select Open Volume mixer.
  3. Adjust your volume slider for the relevant applications until you are satisfied with your headset volume.

If adjusting the volume sliders does not fix the issue, contact Technical Support and we will help you.
