CORSAIR Returns, Refund, & Shipping Policy

CORSAIR wants you to be pleased with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY(Commercial Policy)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a standard return policy:

  • You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it subject to the terms set out herein.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from www.corsair.com can be returned to CORSAIR. Product(s) purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the Product(s) you are returning is repackaged in the original packaging, with all the cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received them. Labels must not be removed. Returned Product(s) must be free of physical damage. We may refuse to refund Product(s) that have deteriorated; been damaged or tampered with; have had their labels removed or are in a state that clearly indicates use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning .You are only liable for any diminished value of the Product(s) resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be permitted in a shop.
  • CORSAIR will refund you the amount spent on the returned Product(s), including sales tax. Under this Standard Return Policy, original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error that is CORSAIR's responsibility or we have otherwise agreed to cover these costs.

Note: This Standard Return Policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which may entitle you to a refund of the Standard Delivery Charges set out below in certain circumstances (such as exercising your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer).

Unless we offered to pick up the Product(s) upon receiving notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the risks of damage to or loss of the Product(s) during their return are borne by you.

  • Exceptions to the Standard Return Policy

You shall not be entitled to return Product(s) which were made to be clearly personalized or made to your specifications.

  • REFUND REQUEST FOR BUNDLES

In addition to the above terms, if you purchased a bundle, all items within the bundle must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Partial returns of individual items from a bundle are not accepted

How to Return an Item for a Refund

If your item arrived damaged or defective, or if it wasn’t the correct item, go to https://help.corsair.com and open a support ticket or call CORSAIR Customer Service for a replacement. Refunds are available for up to 60 days after the product was delivered to you.

If you have a CORSAIR account…

  1. Go to https://www.corsair.com, and sign in
  2. Click the "My Account" link and select "My Orders" from the left column
  3. If your item is eligible for return, select the "Return" link to get started

Otherwise…

  1. Go to https://returns.corsair.com/
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Follow the instructions to create a return

Shipping your item back to Corsair

Please pack all cables and accessories that came with the item Use the address on the shipping label provided to you.

Once CORSAIR has received the package and inspected the item, the refund will be applied back to the original payment method. This usually takes 2-3 business days to process.

Refunds

Once your return package is delivered, it will be opened and its contents inspected. After inspection, a refund for the item(s) purchased will be initiated, using your original payment method. Please note:

  • Unless your return is the result of a CORSAIR handling error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank after we receive the returned item, or your cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If purchased via other payment methods, such as PayPal or Amazon Pay, a credit will be issued to your account. The availability of the returned funds depends on the policies of the payment provider.

If you are returning items that were purchased using a CORSAIR Store Gift Card, the refund will be sent to you as a CORSAIR Store Gift Card electronically.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the returned Product(s) or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier, in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items ordered online from CORSAIR that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to CORSAIR by creating a ticket at: https://help.corsair.com.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY

Corsair offers Standard shipping from all our available shipping locations, and we partner with UPS as our preferred shipping carrier.

Estimated Shipping Costs

Shipping charges may vary based on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. The final shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. For your convenience, an overview of estimated delivery times and typical shipping costs by region is provided in the table below.

The "Standard Delivery Charge"refers to the fixed cost of the least expensive standard shipping method for your region, as specified in the table above (e.g., $9.99 for the US, £9.99 for the UK, €9.99 for the EU, etc.). If you select a premium or express shipping option, only the Standard Delivery Charge listed for your region is eligible for refund in the event of a Statutory Right of Withdrawal; any additional costs for premium or express shipping will not be refunded

In-Store Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Products purchased and fulfilled by the Corsair Experience, Valley Fair Store — including items shipped to your home — are eligible for return within the following timeframes:
    • Corsair and Elgato products: Eligible for a full refund within 60 days of the date of receipt.
    • All other brands (including SCUF, Fanatec, ORIGIN PC, and DROP): Eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
    • Items may also be returned via Corsair's online returns portal at https://retailstore.aftership.com/returns .
  • Refunds will be provided to the original method of payment.
  • You must provide either the original store purchase receipt or a gift receipt. If you provided the store with your email address during the purchase, you may provide the receipt in electronic format.
  • All in-store returns and exchanges are inspected by Corsair staff to verify like-new condition, including original packaging, cables, accessories, and documentation. Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of purchase to ensure accuracy.
  • Returns for items purchased in-store but fulfilled from a Corsair warehouse should be initiated at https://retailstore.aftership.com/returns. You will receive a pre-paid return label to send your items back to the warehouse. Once the warehouse has received and inspected the product, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment. Processing time for the credit to appear on your card or bank account may vary and can take 2–4 business days.
  • For customized Corsair Custom Lab products, due to the customized nature of these items, Corsair reserves the right to deduct a 30% restocking fee from the refund amount.
  • Corsair cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased through third-party retailers.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened software or redeemed digital downloads
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Corsair's in-store exchange policy allows for returns and exchanges of new, unused Corsair products within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and any accessories. Opened hardware, digital products, and clearance items are not eligible for return. If an item is defective, exchanges are permitted within the 60 calendar day return window. For warranty replacements after 60 days of the date of purchase, please contact Corsair technical support at https://help.corsair.com.
