Are analog and Bluetooth headsets supported by iCUE?

Unfortunately, iCUE cannot detect analog stereo headsets or headsets that connect via Bluetooth. This is because iCUE can only detect headsets that connect via USB, either wired and wirelessly.

The following headsets are not supported by iCUE:

  • HS35 STEREO (analog headset)
  • HS45 SURROUND (analog headset when connected without USB dongle)
  • HS50 (PRO) STEREO (analog headset)
  • HS60 (PRO) SURROUND (analog headset when connected without USB dongle)
  • HS70 BLUETOOTH (when connected via Bluetooth)
  • VOID PRO/VOID ELITE STEREO (analog headset)
  • VOID PRO/VOID ELITE SURROUND (analog headset when connected without USB dongle)
  • VIRTUOSO/VIRTUOSO SE/VIRTUOSO XT (when connected via 3.5mm cable)
  • VIRTUOSO XT (when connected via Bluetooth)

 

To ensure that the headset you are interested in is supported by iCUE, we recommend checking our website or, if you are purchasing in a retail store, the packaging of the headset.
