How to: Reset your HS75 XB, HS70 BT, or HS80 RGB Wireless Gaming Headset

If you have an HS75 XB, HS70 BT, or HS80 RGB Wireless Gaming Headset that is experiencing issues, you can try soft resetting the headset and see if that fixes the issue.

To soft reset your headset:

  1. Make sure your headset is powered off.
  2. Hold down the power button until you see the lights on the headset flash.
  3. Wait 15 seconds, and then power on your headset.
  4. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
