How can I see the status of my order?

You can find the status of your order at My Orders under the Account Information within your CORSAIR.com My Account dashboard. You will receive an email notification to confirm your purchase and to confirm when your products have shipped.

If you have placed an order as a guest, please create a new account at CORSAIR.com with the same email address used during the guest checkout and follow the steps above.

How long does it take to receive my order?

CORSAIR Custom Lab products will be shipped within 11 to 12 business days. We aim to have the items in your hands within 17 business days of placing your order, but please note that unforeseen manufacturing, material, and carrier schedules may impact the delivery date. Currently, white keyboards will be shipped within 5 to 6 weeks. To check your order status, please visit My Orders under the Account Information tab within your CORSAIR.com My Account dashboard. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Support team through this online form.

Can I cancel an order once it is placed?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed for shipping. If your order cannot be canceled and has already been shipped, you have the option to initiate a return.

Can I modify an order once it is placed?

Accepted Answer

An order cannot be modified after it has been placed. If the product(s) have not been shipped, you may cancel and submit a new order with your modification.

Can I order multiple custom bundles with different configurations in a single order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can order multiple custom bundles in a single order. For each bundle, you will have to repeat the customization steps before completing checkout.

Do you offer any warranties for customized products?

All new CORSAIR-branded products have a minimum 2-year warranty. Some product lines have longer warranty periods, which you can find in the CORSAIR Limited Warranty article.

Can I order one customized product?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can customize and purchase a single product. You will also have the options to create a bundle to coordinate an entire set.

What is the return and refund policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to return your product(s) from the date you received it. Due to the customized nature of these items, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For detailed information, please refer to our Return & Refund policy article.
