Incoterms and Title Transfer:

Unless otherwise agreed our standard incoterms will apply to customer shipments. These are as follows:

All product shipments from Vendor will be CIP Vendor’s Premises with the exception of memory products which will ship under DAP. In the case of CIP shipments, title will pass from Vendor to Distributor upon shipment from Vendor premises.
