How to Get Spare Parts for CORSAIR Products

If you need a spare part for your CORSAIR hardware you have several options. The first thing you need to figure out is whether or not the hardware in question is still under warranty. Visit this link for more information on the CORSAIR warranty and what it covers. If it is under warranty, submit a support ticket to see if you can get the part, or item, replaced under warranty. Note you will need to find the serial number and/or part number during this transaction.

If the item is not covered by the warranty and you need to buy a replacement part, such as mouse feet, a keyboard wrist rest, a power supply cable, and other items, you can typically purchase them directly from the CORSAIR website.

First off, if you use the navigation at the top of the CORSAIR website, you’ll see a listing for “Accessories” under both PC Components and Gaming Gear.

Clicking one of those will take you to the page with accessories for both PC Components and Gaming Gear. Both pages include spare parts for a wide array of products sold by CORSAIR.

These pages list all available items that are currently in stock in our warehouses. It should be noted that parts for furniture including desks and chairs are listed under Gaming Gear accessories.
