What type of thermal paste is used on CORSAIR AIOs?
We don't use the same thermal paste on all of our AIOs. It varies by the model. Here's a breakdown.
iCUE LINK TITAN Series
The iCUE LINK Titan series uses our XTM70 Extreme Performance thermal paste for the best heat transfer.
NAUTILUS RS & RS ARGB
The iCUE NAUTILUS RS series use our XTM60, the high-performance thermal paste that has a great efficient heat transfer and long term stability.
iCUE LINK & ELITE CAPPELIX & CAPPELIX XT H1xxi series
The iCUE LINK H1xxi or the Elite CAPPELIX & CAPPELIX XT use our previous thermal paste generation, the XTM50.
OLDER Generation
For the previous generation we used the TM30 since the launch of the H100i V2 in 2016
