Yes. The RTX 5090 is powered by NVIDIA Blackwell architecture with fifth-generation Tensor Cores that enable DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation. This AI-driven technology can multiply your frame rates while maintaining image quality in supported games.
Yes. The system uses an X870 motherboard with the AM5 socket, which AMD has committed to supporting through at least 2027. You can upgrade to future Ryzen 9000 or next-gen processors without replacing the motherboard, though a BIOS update may be required.
You get approximately 3.7 TB of usable space after Windows 11 formatting. The drives are configured as two separate 2 TB volumes, giving you flexibility to dedicate one for your OS and games, and the other for media or backup storage.
For pure gaming, 32 GB is typically sufficient. But 64 GB shines when you're gaming while streaming, running multiple monitors with Chrome tabs, Discord, Spotify, and OBS simultaneously. It also future-proofs you for the next 5-7 years as games become more memory-intensive.
Yes. The system ships with Windows 11 Home pre-installed, fully activated, and ready to use out of the box. You'll just need to complete the initial Windows setup when you first power it on.
The 9900X3D offers more cores and threads (12-core/24-thread vs 8-core/16-thread), providing better performance in heavily multithreaded workloads like video rendering and compiling. For pure gaming, the difference is typically 5-10%, but the 9900X3D pulls ahead significantly in content creation tasks.
Absolutely. The RTX 5090 has a TDP of approximately 575W, and the 9900X3D draws around 120-170W under load. Combined with other components, peak system draw is around 800-850W, giving you 350W of headroom. The 80 PLUS Gold rating ensures efficient power delivery.
Yes. The 9900X3D, like other X3D processors, runs cooler than non-X3D variants due to lower voltage requirements. The NAUTILUS 240mm provides adequate cooling for sustained gaming and productivity workloads, keeping temps in the 65-75°C range under load.
Yes, the X870 motherboard includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. While Wi-Fi 7 routers are still emerging, the technology offers lower latency and higher bandwidth than Wi-Fi 6E. You'll also get 5G Ethernet for wired connections, which is ideal for gaming.
Yes. The six RS120 ARGB fans and case lighting connect to the motherboard's ARGB headers, letting you control them through your motherboard's RGB software (ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, ASRock RGB, or Gigabyte RGB Fusion).
The two-year warranty covers the entire system including all CORSAIR and third-party components. You also get lifetime access to CORSAIR's technical support team. If something fails, CORSAIR handles the diagnosis, parts replacement, and coordination—you're not dealing with multiple manufacturers.
The system weighs 17.5 kg (38.6 lbs). It's manageable for one person to move, but the 3500X's wraparound glass panels make it bulkier than traditional cases. Use both hands and be mindful of the glass when relocating it.
Yes. The X870 motherboard has four DIMM slots, so you can add two more 32GB modules to reach 128 GB total. For storage, the motherboard typically has 3-4 M.2 slots, and the case supports additional 2.5-inch SATA SSDs if needed.
The RTX 5090 supports DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1, making it compatible with virtually all modern monitors. It can drive multiple 4K displays simultaneously or a single 8K display. For the best experience, pair it with a high-refresh-rate 1440p or 4K monitor with G-SYNC support.
The promotion was available through March 16, 2026. If you're purchasing after that date, check CORSAIR's current promotions page or contact support to see if any new game bundles are active with RTX 5090 systems.
