My internship experience as a Supply Chain Analyst has been incredibly rewarding. Throughout my time here at Corsair, I've had the privilege of collaborating with dedicated professionals in Supply Chain Planning department, gaining valuable technical insights, and emphasizing data-driven analytical decision-making.

I had the opportunity to review and assess Operations Planning and Development, which, along with my responsibilities in Supply Chain Planning, significantly enhanced my overall grasp of operations. What made the experience even more enriching was the opportunity to work cross-functionally, engaging with different departments within the organization. The unwavering support and guidance from my mentors proved invaluable, enabling me to push my limits and make the most of this internship.

Lastly, the internship was made even more enjoyable thanks to the numerous fun and social events organized by the HR team and attended by fellow interns. I will forever cherish this experience and the opportunities it has offered me. My heartfelt thanks go out to Corsair for this invaluable learning journey.

Within my internship, the best part has been getting to work cross-functionally with different teams. Being part of real projects especially in AI, Hardware and Software development has given me a true feel for what it’s like to ship something meaningful. I’ve also loved the balance of having ownership while still getting feedback and mentorship, it's been super motivating and a great learning experience.

My favorite part of the Internship Program is twofold. I’m grateful to work in the product unit at SCUF, where I get to design and experiment with the next generation of gaming products.At the same time, I’ve loved collaborating with and learning from some of the kindest and most brilliant minds in the industry. I’ve already grown so much these past few weeks and can’t wait to keep learning and contributing.

The best part about being an intern for me has been getting to meet and learn from all of the incredible people here! I have gotten so much out of all of my interactions with the people at CORSAIR, both amongst my fellow interns, my mentors & manager, and all other sorts of people in the office.It's not an environment I've been in before, so it's opened me to a lot of new backgrounds and perspectives on my work and my life that has already facilitated a lot of personal growth for me!

One of the most rewarding parts of this internship has been the level of trust my team places in me. From early on, I’ve had the opportunity to write code that goes into production and gets shipped directly to CORSAIR customers. It’s incredibly exciting to know that the work I’m doing isn’t just for practice and that it’s actually being used and making a real impact.

I also really value the support and guidance I get from my mentor and team. They’ve created an environment where I’m constantly learning, while also giving me the space to explore projects independently. While I’ve definitely grown my technical skills, what’s stood out even more is how much I’ve developed my soft skills. I've had the chance to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, contribute feedback in team discussions, and bring new ideas to the table during meetings. Being encouraged to speak up and participate in that way has been just as valuable as the hands-on coding experience which is not something I really expected.

For my internship, I’ve really enjoyed times where I got to work on data visualization. It’s been fun turning raw data into something visual and easy to understand — especially when it helps the team make better decisions. I learned a lot and also got to be a bit creative with it, which I didn’t expect going in!

While being an intern at CORSAIR, I was very appreciative of the people. The beautiful and bright community here makes me feel invited and accepted at work everyday.
