A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
As President of CORSAIR and leader of our sustainability efforts, I am thrilled to advance our commitment to sustainability and ESG principles into another proactive year. At CORSAIR, we are dedicated to reducing our environmental impact while enhancing the well-being of our employees and the communities we serve.
Since 2022, we have embarked on significant initiatives to partner with our suppliers in reducing the social and environmental impacts of our supply chain. This includes our ongoing commitment to using more sustainable materials in our product packaging and maintaining the high standards of our energy-efficient headquarters in Milpitas, CA. Our headquarters not only features EV charging stations and expansive natural light but also uses reclaimed water for irrigating native California wildflowers and houses an on-site apiary of 50,000 bees that supports local biodiversity.
In 2023, we published our first comprehensive sustainability disclosures, offering transparency into our carbon footprint, energy and water usage, and production waste. This effort underscores our commitment to creating safe, equitable workplaces and supporting labor and human rights globally.
Building on these foundations, 2024 marks our second year participating in the CDP and our inaugural year of addressing Scope 3 emissions, reflecting our deeper commitment to comprehensive environmental accountability. This year, we are also setting ambitious targets to install 300MW of rooftop solar annually at our Milpitas headquarters and launching our Revival Series —our line of high-performance, Eco-refurbished products with a lower carbon footprint.
Additionally, we are preparing to release climate-related financial disclosures to provide stakeholders with a clear view of how climate considerations are integrated into our corporate strategy. Through these initiatives, we continue to drive sustainability as a catalyst for innovation across all areas of our operations.
Thank you for joining us on this journey towards a more sustainable and prosperous future.

Our Sustainability Mission
At CORSAIR, we understand that true quality extends beyond performance to encompass the environmental impact of our products. We are committed to setting the standard in high-performance computer gaming and streaming products, ensuring each innovation is not only leading-edge but also responsibly designed.
Our dedication to sustainability is integral to our operations and product development. We strive to continuously advance our environmental responsibility, guided by the principles of transparency, accountability, and proactive stakeholder engagement. This commitment reflects our belief that the quality of our products is measured by both their performance and their sustainability.
To foster a culture of sustainability, we encourage all employees to embrace their roles as agents of change, contributing to social equity and the well-being of our communities. Through these efforts, CORSAIR is dedicated to delivering products that our customers can trust to be both exceptional in performance and exemplary in environmental consideration.
OUR SUPPLY CHAIN ENGAGEMENT
At CORSAIR, sustainability is a collective effort that requires collaboration and engagement across the entire supply chain.
We are committed to working with our suppliers to improve their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. In 2022, we launched a comprehensive supply chain engagement effort to focus on a range of sustainability issues, including conflict minerals, hazardous chemicals and several ESG campaigns. Our program included ESG campaigns on biodiversity, climate impact, and resource use, as well as social impact campaigns on human rights, labor rights, and human trafficking. We learned a great deal from these initial surveys, and this effort will inform our engagement going forward.
We are proud to report that our supply chain engagement effort has been highly successful, with significant improvements in supplier performance and greater transparency and traceability throughout our supply chain. In these sections, you can learn more about our supply chain engagement approach, our progress, and our future plans for sustainability.
Responsible Minerals Initiative
See our special video feature on our partnership with Assent.
CORSAIR recognizes the importance of responsible sourcing and supply chain management, particularly when it comes to conflict minerals. These minerals, including tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold, are essential components of many electronics products, but they are often sourced from regions where armed conflict and human rights abuses are prevalent.
In line with our commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices, we partner with Assent and participate in the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) to promote responsible mineral sourcing and to mitigate the risks associated with conflict minerals.
We also require our suppliers to complete annual conflict minerals reporting in compliance with U.S. federal statute, and we regularly monitor our supply chain to ensure that our products are free from conflict minerals that support or finance human rights abuses. In this section, you can learn more about our approach to conflict minerals, our due diligence and reporting process, and our progress in achieving a conflict-free supply chain.

Corsair's Commitment to a Sustainable Future
Our Path to Sustainability
Delving into our environmental impact through comprehensive data gathering for our first filing with Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in 2023, we made significant discoveries. Globally, across 16 facilities, 59.28%[1] of all the electricity we purchased was derived from renewable sources. This is a testament to our commitment to improving sustainable practices across our operations. Also encouraging is that five of our facilities, including our largest European site in Almere, Netherlands, and our headquarters in California, are now using 100% renewably sourced electricity. This knowledge helps us target the areas where improvements can be made. We will complete another major step in early 2024 with the installation of rooftop solar energy at our Milpitas, CA headquarters. These are good discoveries, and important steps, and we know there is more work to do.
Why The Climate Pledge?
Climate change is a vital, collective challenge, and we are proud to join forces with over 400 signatories of The Climate Pledge to fast-track our actions. This commitment isn't just about promises; it's about taking tangible steps towards a greener future.
Our Promise:Achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. This is a whole decade ahead of the Paris Agreement and is in line with a goal of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
Our Actions:Beyond monitoring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions, we're putting in place powerful decarbonization strategies. This means enhancing our energy efficiency, further transitioning to renewable energy sources, smartly reducing material usage, and crafting strategies to eliminate carbon emissions.
Our Responsibility:For any emissions we can't eliminate, we're committed to finding credible offsets that are not only permanent and measurable but also provide social benefits.
Together Towards Tomorrow
Being a part of The Climate Pledge community is more than just a signature on paper. It signifies our unyielding commitment to sustainability and our excitement to exchange knowledge, ideas, and best practices with global counterparts. Together, we'll innovate, inspire, and most importantly, make real strides in climate action.
Join us on this pivotal journey towards a brighter, more sustainable future.

Goals for 2025-2026
At CORSAIR, we are dedicated to driving positive change and making a significant contribution to a more sustainable future. As part of this commitment, we are pursuing a range of new initiatives and setting ambitious goals for 2025.
One of our key initiatives for 2025 is the ongoing release of our annual Sustainability Report. This year’s report will provide an in-depth overview of our sustainability performance, ESG initiatives, and progress towards our sustainability goals. We will publish our 2023 Sustainability Initiatives Report (of 2022 data) in August 2024. Our 2024 Report, (of 2023 data), will be released in December 2024, and our 2025 Report (of 2024 data) is scheduled for September 2025.
We are also proud to announce that we are filing our second annual emissions report with CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), which will now include some Scope 3 emissions, in September 2024. This comprehensive report will help us better understand our carbon footprint, identify opportunities to reduce our emissions, and enhance our sustainability performance.
Additionally, we are preparing for the upcoming double materiality report required by the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) law in the EU. This report will ensure we are fully compliant with the latest regulatory requirements and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to transparency and sustainability. The CSRD framework will also require Limited Assurance, which involves third-party verification of our data, making our disclosures more credible and impactful.
In anticipation of the California state climate legislation SB 253 and SB 261, we are actively working to ensure that we are prepared for these regulations by 2025. These legislations will require robust climate disclosures and plans for emission reductions, supported by Limited Assurance. This third-party verification of our data underscores the importance and reliability of our disclosures, reinforcing our dedication to environmental responsibility.
We are also planning to meet the requirements of the new SEC Climate Rule by 2026. This rule will require us to disclose climate-related risks and their impacts on our business, ensuring transparency for our American investors.
By setting and working towards these ambitious goals, CORSAIR continues to lead the way in sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our commitment to transparency, compliance, and proactive measures will help us achieve a more sustainable future for all.
