CORSAIR X ARC RAIDERS IN-GAME CONTENT PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Corsair Memory, Inc. ("Corsair") is offering the Corsair® x Arc Raiders® In-Game Content Promotion (the "Promotion"). The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"), and by participating, a participant ("Participant") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Corsair, which are final and binding in all respects. These Terms and Conditions shall govern all Corsair in-game content ("Corsair In-Game Item") provided for the Arc Raiders videogame (the "Game") published by Embark Studios AB ("Embark"), but shall not apply to any downloadable content from any third-party.

This Promotion commences beginning October 29, 2026 and concludes at midnight on October 27, 2028 (the "Promotion Period"). Corsair's computer is the official timekeeping device for participation in the Promotion and all times states are US Pacific Time (or Pacific Daylight Time as applicable).

THE GAME IS SOLD SEPARATELY. PURCHASE OF THE GAME, PERSISTENT INTERNET ACCESS, AN ACCOUNT WITH EMBARK, ACCEPTANCE OF GAME, PRODUCT, AND/OR END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTS, AND APPLICABLE PLATFORM ACCOUNT(S) AND PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTION(S) - SOLD SEPARATELY - ARE REQUIRED TO REDEEM AND USE THE CORSAIR IN-GAME ITEM(S) AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS PROMOTION.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE A CORSAIR IN-GAME ITEM UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

EMBARK IS NOT A SPONSOR OF THIS PROMOTION.

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Promotion is open to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older who purchase a participating Corsair, SCUF Gaming, Elgato, product ("Qualifying Purchase") from (a) the scufgaming.com, corsair.com, elgato.com, drop.com, or related Corsair e-commerce websites (collectively the "Corsair Websites"); or (b) from an authorized Corsair retailer/e-tailer during the Promotion Period:

    Note: Each individual In-Game Item may only be redeemed once per Arc Raiders account, regardless of how many different products are purchased. For example, purchase of two Arc Raiders Branded SCUF Controllers in a single or separate transactions will not entitle or allow the Participant to redeem 2 of the Joystick Charm In-Game Items for the Participant's Arc Raiders Account. The Participant will only be able to redeem 1 Joystick Charm In-Game Item for their Arc Raiders account.

    Note: The Grand Bundle In-Game Item requires purchase of ALL of the products identified in the table above for the Grand Bundle - for the Elgato product, the Arc Raiders branded faceplate DOES NOT QUALIFY. Additionally, the Grand Bundle In-Game Item may only be redeemed once per Arc Raiders account, regardless of how many different products are purchased.

HOW TO OBTAIN CORSAIR IN-GAME ITEM(S):

  1. Individual In-Game Items: To obtain Codes for the individual Corsair In-Game Item usable in the Games, Participants make a Qualifying Purchase from one of the Corsair Websites or from an authorized Corsair retailer/e-tailer during the Promotion Period. The Code(s) for the corresponding Corsair In-Game Item associated with the product(s) will be located in the product packaging for the Qualifying Purchase.
  2. Grand Bundle In-Game Item: To obtain the Code for the Azimuth Outfit In-Game item all of the products listed as required for the Grand Bundle must be purchased by one Purchaser.
    • (a) If all of the products required for the Grand Bundle are purchased in a single transaction from a Corsair Website, Corsair will use the email address provided during the purchase to email the Grand Bundle Code to the Purchaser.
    • (b) If one or more of the products required for the Grand Bundle are purchased separately (whether through a Corsair Website or an authorized Corsair retailer/e-tailer) a different process is required for the Grand Bundle Code. Once all the products required for the Grand Bundle have been purchased, the Purchaser will navigate to the webpage at https://corsair.com/s/arc-raiders-redemption and enter the product serial number(s) as directed, along with the Purchaser's email address. Once all of the product serial number(s) have been entered at the webpage and validated by Corsair, Corsair will use the email address provided to email the Grand Bundle Code to the Purchaser.
  3. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, Qualifying Purchases are FINAL SALES and not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the product was delivered with a defect in which case such repairs or returns for defective products will be governed by the applicable Limited Warranty available at the Corsair Website from which the Qualifying Purchase was made. No price adjustments will be made for prior or subsequent purchases. The Corsair In-Game Item(s) cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions. Shipping and tax, if applicable, will be applied to all Qualifying Purchases. Shipping costs and taxes to international addresses will vary based on location and customers are responsible for paying any applicable International Duties and Taxes. No refunds on any shipping costs.
  4. Corsair In-Game Item(s) cannot be redeemed for cash or products, sold, traded, bartered, assigned or transferred to or shared with a third party, auctioned through an online auction site, obtained through any source other than from one of the methods mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Corsair In-Game Item(s) are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels.

HOW TO REDEEM CORSAIR IN-GAME ITEM(S):

  1. During the Promotion Period Participants can visit https://id.embark.games/id/sign-in and log in to their Embark account ("Account") or create an Embark account if they do not have one already. Once logged in, Participants enter their Code as directed by the Embark Website. After Participant's successful entry of a Code (obtained in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) they will receive their Corsair In-Game Item which will automatically be loaded onto Participant's Account within Participant's Game for Participant's gamer profile.
  2. Each Code for a Corsair In-Game Item may only be used once; subsequent attempts to re-submit or re-use the same Code (whether by the same Participant or by different Participants) will be void. Codes for Corsair In-Game Item(s) must be entered on Embark's website before October 27, 2028, and any valid unused Codes after this time shall become void. If any part of any Code for a Corsair In-Game Item is counterfeited, or improperly reproduced or if the Code comes from other games or promotions (whether operated by Corsair or any third-party), or if any part is illegible, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, the Code will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the respective decisions of Corsair and Embark with respect to any Code are final and binding.

VERIFICATION OF CORSAIR IN-GAME ITEM CODES

  1. All Codes for Corsair In-Game Item(s) are subject to verification at the respective sole discretion of Corsair and Embark before a Participant receives their Corsair In-Game Item(s). Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. Codes for Corsair In-Game Item(s) will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or, if determined by Corsair or Embark in their respective sole discretion, to be unauthorized, illegitimately obtained (i.e., through means other than those stated in these Terms and Conditions) or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by Corsair for use in this Promotion, or if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error or are illegible or unreadable or blank.
  2. No Code redemption for any Corsair In-Game Item will be valid if such redemption is associated with any Code deemed void for any reason, including without limitation, the following: the Code for the Corsair In-Game Item (a) is not verified or recognized as being validly issued by Corsair or Embark in the Promotion; (b) is determined to be previously entered and used, except as provided herein; (c) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted; or (d) is void for any reason. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the respective decisions of Corsair and Embark shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Promotion, including without limitation determinations regarding the validity of Codes. Corsair and Embark each shall have no obligation to the holder of any void Corsair In-Game Item Code. Corsair or Embark may, at their respective sole discretion and without obligation, elect to replace an illegible Code with one (1) randomly selected Code, if appropriate, upon request while supplies last. Corsair and Embark each reserves the right to inspect and examine any illegible Code for any Corsair In-Game Item prior to issuing a replacement. Replacements shall be issued at Corsair's or Embark's respective sole discretion and may be denied in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Except as expressly stated above, Corsair and Embark shall have no liability or obligation with respect to any void Code for any Corsair In-Game Item.

GENERAL TERMS:

  1. Corsair reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to sell any product to any customer and/or to cancel or refuse to fulfill any order for a Qualifying Purchase, even in the case of a Qualifying Purchase for which payment has been accepted by Corsair (if payment has been accepted and the order canceled or not fulfilled, Corsair will refund the payment).
  2. Corsair is not responsible if the Promotion cannot take place, or if any Code for any Corsair In-Game Item cannot be redeemed due to delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, other epidemics or medical emergencies, or other events outside of the reasonable control of Corsair and/or Embark. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Corsair and/or Embark, which, in Corsair's sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Corsair reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, change, or suspend these Terms and Conditions, including for Codes provided or Qualifying Purchases made before the cancellation or change of the Terms and Conditions.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the State of California in the United States of America, and all entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of California for any disputes arising out of the Qualifying Purchases, Corsair In-Game Item/Codes, and/or the Terms and Conditions. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, any of the preceding must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in California.
  4. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Corsair, Embark, and their respective affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfillment of the Promotion (the "Promotion Entities") for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of any website: hardware, or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail messaging transmissions; inaccessibility of the website or any other website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of a Participant Account used in connection with the Promotion. From time to time during the Promotion Period, Corsair or Embark's respective webmaster may perform maintenance on their respective websites, which may result in a Participant's inability to enter or redeem Codes for Corsair In-Game Item.
  5. Corsair and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or printing errors in the Codes for any Corsair In-Game Item, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on any website, including without limitation, any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to Participant's or any other person's computer equipment or mobile phone equipment resulting from online participation in the Promotion, or use of or download of any information from a website. Use of the Corsair Websites or Embark website is at user's own risk. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE CORSAIR WEBSITES IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  6. By participating in the Promotion, Participants: (a) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions by Corsair and by the decisions of Corsair, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Terms and Conditions; (c) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (d) agree to (i) release and discharge, the Promotion Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of any kind (collectively "Claims") arising out of or relating to the Participant's participation in the Promotion, the Qualifying Purchase, the Corsair products purchased, the receipt, redemption, or use of any Corsair In-Game Item or Code, including any Claim for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage; and (ii) defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any Claims arising out of or relating to any breach by the Participant of these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable law, including any Claim for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall have no liability to any Participant in connection with the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
  7. The Promotion is sponsored by Corsair Memory, Inc., a Delaware company with an office located at 115 N. McCarthy Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035. All Arc Raiders products, names, logos, and brands are the property of Embark or its affiliates. All third-party product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. All third-party company, product and service names used in these Terms Conditions or in the advertising of the Corsair In-Game Item(s) are for identification purposes only. Use of these third-party names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.
