In-Store Return Policy
Eligibility

Products purchased and fulfilled by the Corsair Experience, Valley Fair Store — including items shipped
to your home — are eligible for return within the following timeframes:
- Corsair and Elgato products: Eligible for a full refund within 60 days of the date of receipt.
- All other brands (including SCUF, Fanatec, ORIGIN PC, and DROP): Eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
- Items may also be returned via Corsair's online returns portal at https://retailstore.aftership.com/returns .
- Refunds will be provided to the original method of payment.
- You must provide either the original store purchase receipt or a gift receipt. If you provided the store with your email address during the purchase, you may provide the receipt in electronic format.
- All in-store returns and exchanges are inspected by Corsair staff to verify like-new condition, including original packaging, cables, accessories, and documentation. Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of purchase to ensure accuracy.
- Returns for items purchased in-store but fulfilled from a Corsair warehouse should be initiated at https://retailstore.aftership.com/returns. You will receive a pre-paid return label to send your items back to the warehouse. Once the warehouse has received and inspected the product, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment. Processing time for the credit to appear on your card or bank account may vary and can take 2–4 business days.
- For customized Corsair Custom Lab products, due to the customized nature of these items, Corsair reserves the right to deduct a 30% restocking fee from the refund amount.
- Corsair cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased through third-party retailers.
Non-returnable items
- Opened software or redeemed digital downloads
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Corsair's in-store exchange policy allows for returns and exchanges of new, unused Corsair products within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and any accessories. Opened hardware, digital products, and clearance items are not eligible for return. If an item is defective, exchanges are permitted within the 60 calendar day return window. For warranty replacements after 60 days of the date of purchase, please contact Corsair technical support at https://help.corsair.com.
