The XENEON EDGE does not have a built-in battery and must be powered externally. The USB-C port can receive both video signal and power through a single cable from compatible devices that have Thunderbolt or USB 4.
The XENEON EDGE can be used as a standalone monitor - Windows will detect it as another screen where you can run applications, change backgrounds, and perform any normal monitor functions. You do not need iCUE software to use the XENEON EDGE as a basic touchscreen monitor. Windows will detect it as a standard monitor that you can extend or duplicate.
