How do I switch between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth connectivity?

After powering on the headset, pressing the Power Button once will switch between the 2.4GHz wireless mode and Bluetooth mode.

The color of the headset status LED will indicate the connection status:

2.4 GHz wireless mode (with wireless dongle):

  • Red double blinking: no wireless connection
  • Green steady blinking: connected to wireless dongle

Bluetooth wireless mode:

  • Blue double blinking: no wireless connection
  • Red/Blue alternating: pairing mode
  • Blue blinking: connected to Bluetooth device
