How to Use Stream Deck Widget on CORSAIR XENEON EDGE

We have now officially added a dedicated Stream Deck Widget to iCUE for the CORSAIR XENEON EDGE. This makes it super easy to integrate Stream Deck alongside your other widgets. Here’s how to get started.

• Firstly, make sure that iCUE is updated to version 5.48.58 or newer and that the XENEON EDGE is updated to version 5.48.1 or newer. Here’s how to do that.

• Open iCUE and hit the gear icon in the upper-right corner
• In the Settings window, click “Software Updates” and then click “Check for Updates”

• This will check for updates for your CORSAIR products and iCUE itself.
• Confirm that iCUE is on version 5.48.58 or newer and the XENEON EDGE is on version 5.48.1 or newer.

Now that those two are up to date, let’s move on to the Stream Deck Software. This is just as easy.

• Open Stream Deck (remember that it’s hiding in the system tray)

• Click the gear icon to open the Preferences window, then click “Check for Updates…”

• This will update Stream Deck to the latest version. You need to be on version 7.5.0 (22885) or newer.

If you don’t already have Stream Deck installed, the process is just as simple:

• Head to https://www.elgato.com/s/downloads and download it.
• Follow the steps in the installer until the installation is complete.

Okay, now everything is up to date, keep the Stream Deck software open and head back to iCUE to get the Stream Deck Widget set up.

• From the iCUE home screen, hover over the XENEON EDGE and click “Screen Setup.”

• From here, click “iCUE Widgets” to change the display mode from Desktop to Widget View.

• Click the “Widgets” button in the menu above.
• Click the “+” symbol in a vacant area of the XENEON EDGE, then scroll down the Widgets list until you find the “Stream Deck” Widget and click it.

• iCUE will now connect with the Stream Deck software, asking you to confirm that the code matches between the two applications.

• When the codes match, click “Trust.”

A full-on Stream Deck will appear on your XENEON EDGE, and you can add actions in the Stream Deck software just as you would with a physical Stream Deck. You can also adjust the size of the Widget in iCUE to display more or fewer keys. Additionally, you can change the color of the background, or set it as an image or gif, and adjust the transparency of the widget.
